There are various ways for people to express their opinions. Regardless of how he pleads, women will find him guilty, because sporting such a tattoo is frowned upon.

He might need to talk to his lawyer about it so that they could work something out. It would be advisable that he grows his eyebrows back after having the tattoo lasered off.
