There’s no denying that keeping yourself healthy is one of the greatest investments you can make for yourself. Maintaining a well-balanced diet will go a long way to keeping your body in tip-top shape. With this in mind, it’s no surprise many of us opt for a salad when we have dinner at a restaurant. Suffice to say, each establishment has its own take on what constitutes a healthy salad.
This one, in particular, seems to have a do-it-yourself approach to the lean, green, health-friendly meal. It’s lettuce wrapped in a small strip of bread, paired with your dressing of choice. All that’s left now is to cut the meal into small partitions. Although some would consider this lazy service, there’s no denying that wrapping it with bread like this can be tricky.
