The famed rapper gave credit to a soda- and bread-free diet that did not only help her lose the weight but also gave her a glowing skin. When she lost 30 pounds in 2014, she managed to maintain her new physique with her low-carb diet and intense workouts, a combination of cardio exercise and strength training.
Missy also revealed that she only drank water and avoided other juices. As a non-water drinker, she admitted that it was hard at the start, but it also helped her skin to glow. Now, her only problem is to cut out junk food from her diet.
