Jonah Hill has been known for his yoyo weight. One day he would be thin; the next day, he would be big. He could effortlessly lose weight if he wanted to, but how did he do it? He noticed that his weight would drop if he stopped drinking beer, so he did. Running also came handy for him if he wanted to shed the extra pounds.
To avoid giving in in his cravings, he created a diet plan, while his nutritionist advised him to eat more fruits, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products. He might use his credit card to buy all of these without maxing it out.
