He may be the king of rumors, but he also struggled with weight just like anybody else. In 2008, he promised himself to be healthy and lost more than 70 pounds after nearly four years. How did he do it?
Perez lost weight in an old fashion way. He started eating healthy and doing intense workout seven days a week. He did gym workout, Pilates, and Yoga. He also did hikes and ride his bicycle on weekends. He also followed a clean diet to maintain his new body and never gain the degree of weight he managed to lose.
