Ricki Lake used to be on a heavy side. With her height of 5 feet, 3 inches, she weighed a whopping 260 pounds. So, when she reached the lowest point of her life, she decided to lose weight. Sadly, she did it in the wrong way.
Ricki admitted that she starved herself to lose weight. She ate too little and exercised every day. Although she became size 12 from size 24 and lost over 100 pounds in about six months, it took a toll on her health. She should have opted to have health insurance when she started to faint, blackout, and not remember anything.
