Amber Riley decided to start eating healthy to lose the extra weight she used to have finally. In just seven months, she managed to lose two dress sizes, credits to her hard work. Everything began when she visited her doctor because of chronic stomach pains. From then, she made some improvements to her diet, changed her ways, and ate healthier.
She admitted that the fast-food she used to eat was attacking her stomach. However, although she knew that her lifestyle change had been positive, she had always been confident in her body despite being on a heavier side.
