Kelly Clarkson managed to drop 37 pounds in just a year, thanks to the clean-eating diet plan, called the Plant Paradox diet. The famed singer made everyone’s jaw dropped when she debuted her slimmer physique at the CMT Music Awards in 2018. So, what made her changed her mind regarding diet?
Kelly told Hoda Kotb on Today Show that she decided to change her eating habits after being diagnosed with a thyroid condition and autoimmune disease. To avoid using her health insurance in an untimely manner, she decided to be healthy. Anyhow, it was never after the weight loss but being not on medication anymore.
