RACHEL FREDERICKSON: STRICT DIET & EXERCISE
Although Rachel Frederickson lost weight through The Biggest Loser, she revealed that she followed a strict super healthy diet and exercise regimen that the show’s dietician, Cheryl Forberg, made especially for her. Despite the criticisms of losing too much weight, she said that she never felt this great before.
In total, Rachel lost a whopping 155 pounds. For breakfast, she only took egg white French toast or an omelet made of egg whites, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms. She also took three to four exercise classes every day, like Zumba and spin, before the show’s weigh-in began. Now that the show ended, she is only maintaining her weight, and her credit card comes handy when she needs it.
