OLIVIA DE HAVILLAND
Olivia De Havilland started her acting career in 1930 and was featured in many movies that had granted her fame, international recognition, and several awards, including an Academy Award. De Havilland was popular for her appearances in movies such as The Snake Pit, Gone with The Wind, and The Woman He Loved– the last movie she featured in before retiring from the entertainment industry. She also excelled in the theater world where she appeared in Broadway shows like Romeo and Juliet, Candida, and A Gift of Time. Her talents reached mountains as she starred in movie series as well. Some of her projects were Roots: The Next Generations and Anastasia: The Mystery of Anna.
She looked confident about her investments, which might have all paid off. De Havilland used to be the last major surviving star from the Golden Age of Hollywood Cinema and the oldest living and earliest surviving Academy Award winner if she weren’t met her demise in 2020. She was 104 years old.
