HONOR BLACKMAN – 94

Comparing the sultry-eyed blonde to Greta Garbo and Marlene Dietrich may seem a bit enthusiastic, but we cannot deny Blackman’s allure. As a teenager, she received diction lessons, and later on, she attended the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. While temporarily following her father’s footsteps with a civil service job, she became a dispatch rider during World War II. Blackman then started working on her acting career and performed at London’s West End as an understudy for The Guinea Pig. Blackman is best known for her roles in famous shows during the 60s. Some of her most significant movie credit includes Dr. Cathy Gale in 1962 television show The Avengers. She also appeared as Pussy Galore alongside Sean Connery in the 1964 film Goldfinger.

Over the course of her married life, she has found the need to hire two divorce attorneys. However, after her last marriage to the British actor Maurice Kaufmann, Blackman decided to just remain single. Currently, at 94, she’s showing no signs of slowing down, although she’s retired from acting since 2015.
