CLINT EASTWOOD– $5 MILLION, CARMEL-BY-THE-SEA, CALIFORNIA

Clint Eastwood was born in California in 1930. Eastwood entered Hollywood in 1955 and became a household name after performing in the Italian-style Western “The Unknown Guest Trilogy” directed by Sergio Leone in the 1960s. Because of his participation in too many action films, he was portrayed as quite Representative screen iron man.

From acting to filmmaking, Clint Eastwood is now in the real estate business. He currently develops a 2,000-acre residential enclave called Teháma. While the project is ongoing, Eastwood lives in Mission Ranch, also in Carmel. He purchased the 1850s ranch for $5 million to rescue the property from a supposed condominium development. It’s now probably worth maybe three times than the original price since he had put huge investments for its renovation. The 22-acre farmhouse currently has thirty-one guest rooms, a bar, and a restaurant. We definitely agree with what he said, “I don’t buy anything I don’t love.”
