RACHEL FREDERICKSON: STRICT DIET & EXERCISE
Although Rachel Frederickson lost her weight when she joined the reality show The Biggest Loser, she revealed that it is the self-discipline that pushed me to her weight loss. She followed a strict, super healthy diet and exercise regimen that the show’s dietician, Cheryl Forberg, made especially for her. Despite the criticisms of losing so much weight, she said that she never felt this great before.
In total, Rachel lost a whopping 155 pounds. She prepared herself for the show starting by coming up with a meal plan and engaging in physical activity. For breakfast, she only took egg white French toast or an omelet made of egg whites, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms. She also took three to four exercise classes every day, like Zumba and spin, before the show’s weigh-in began. Now that the show ended, she is only maintaining her weight, and her credit card comes in handy when she needs it.
