Jonah Hill might be packaged as a comedian with a heavyweight, as it seems to be doing well for him but for himself, he wants something else. Jonah Hill has been known for his yoyo weight. One day he would be thin; the next day, he would be big. It could be because of a role he is to play or probably he is not sticking to his regimen. He seems to effortlessly lose weight if he wanted to, but how did he do it?

He noticed that his weight would drop if he stopped drinking beer, so he did. Running also came in handy for him if he wanted to shed the extra pounds. To avoid giving in to his cravings, he created a diet plan, while his nutritionist advised him to eat more fruits, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products. He might use his credit card to buy all of these without maxing it out.
