However, he still opted to get in better shape, and 50 Cent credits healthy eating habits for his healthy body. For breakfast, he opts to eat egg whites and sticks to a low-carb diet for lunch. When it comes to his drink, he will always take hot water with lemon, which is known for its many health benefits that can prevent illness.


50 Cent said that food has an impact on someone’s productivity. He explained that what people eat affects the structure and function of their brain and mood. Of course, he also works out, which can help him be more motivated. He goes to two gyms and even has a personal trainer to keep him in check with his health goals.
