ALEC BALDWIN: DIET & FASTING

We all know how fit and healthy Alec Baldwin was during his prime years. However, age and metabolism took its toll on the actor’s body. This led to excess body weight that slowly built up over the years. With that in mind, he opted for a healthier lifestyle to battle these unwanted traits and his plan was to have a clean slate. To prove that he indeed lost a significant amount of weight, Alec Baldwin dropped his pants off while promoting his new movie on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. So, yes, he lost weight. What did he do it?


Alec followed a strict diet. He started his day with juice –only that, no breakfast. He was determined to lose weight as he was also pre-diabetic. As he did not want to shoot insulin, although it might be part of his health insurance, he just consumed green juices, cashew milk, and was trying his best to eliminate sugar from his diet. He also did fasting.
