However, when her weight seemed to be going out of a wack, she quickly took action and worked on her weight. Kim Kardashian followed the Atkins 40 diet to lose weight after she gave birth. This method helped her to limit sugar and carbs from her diet. She could only take 40 grams of net carbs, without fiber, 110 to 170 grams of protein, and two to four servings of fat per day. She could also just consume 1,800 calories a day.


Through this, Kim managed to lose more than 30 kilograms after each of her two pregnancies. So, why was she sticking on this diet? She explained that it never made her feel deprived, so it always worked effectively. No doubt, she is always making an investment to do this.
