SETH ROGEN: DIET & STRENGTH TRAINING
We all love to see the funny man, Seth Rogen, in his films, and there’s something about his personality that makes us laugh. He started in the business as a chubby comedy star, but he knew that at some point in time, he’ll have to shed off a couple of pounds from his body. Thankfully, he managed to lose around 30 pounds — or 14 kilograms — in just ten weeks by adjusting his diet. He began to lose weight when he was about to do the movie credits, Green Hornet, in only three months.
However, with the abrupt weight loss, his skin started to get sagged. So his trainer advised him to do strength training to help ease the problem. This move would help him to shrink the skin and prevent it from going sag whenever he started losing the accumulated fats. Thankfully, he succeeded and even impressed Ryan Reynolds with his transformation.
