Queen Latifah’s fans love her songs, which allowed her to get the attention she currently enjoys. Also, we can’t deny the fact there are a couple of her fans who fell in love with her voluptuous body. However, she came to a point where she needed to shave off a couple of pounds to minimize risks to her health. Queen Latifah has been Jenny Craig’s spokeswoman. She has lost over 20 pounds for about three years, and she managed to keep it off. In an interview, she revealed that she was hoping to know more about nutrition and exercise. Had she known it at a younger age, she knew it had a better positive effect. Hence, she would have started it a lot sooner than later.


Although she is connected to Jenny Craig, she revealed that she never really followed a diet. Instead, she gave credits to exercise, like walking for fitness. She is also eating in moderation, opting for more vegetables, lean meats, and drinking a lot of water.
