MEGHAN TRAINOR: LIFESTYLE CHANGE

The singer and songwriter, Meghan Trainor, was never a fan of fad diets and weight loss surgery. However, she really likes to transition to the healthier side of things. So, to lose weight, she just changed her lifestyle and didn’t opt for any fancy weight loss programs. In fact, she went for a simpler solution — a change of lifestyle. She pursued healthy habits, and her efforts didn’t go to waste, and it did not only make her lose weight but look happier, too.


Her diet is only composed of meals that can be found at home. There is no need to use her credit card to buy fancy diet meals, but only home-cooked meals. She cut junk food from her diet and stopped eating out as often as she used to. Thankfully, her husband, Daryl, cooked for her, and he even taught her how to do so and make her food taste great and healthy, too.
