Perez Hilton is always on the lookout when it comes to new things about celebrities. Anything that can spark the interest of the public, he has to be on it. And for that. You either love him or hate him. He may be the king of rumors, but he is quite aware that he is struggling with weight concern just like anybody else. And that is no rumor. In 2008, he promised himself to be healthy and lost more than 70 pounds after nearly four years. How did he do it?

Perez lost weight in an old fashion way. He started eating healthy and doing intense workouts seven days a week. He did gym workouts, Pilates, and Yoga. He also hikes and rides his bicycle on weekends. He also followed a clean diet to maintain his new body and never gain the degree of weight he managed to lose.
