When Debra Digiovanni learned the high body fat percentage in her body, it motivated her to lose weight. After all, she understood the risks involved with excess fat, and it was not a good sign for her health. To help her achieve the goals she set for herself, she did some cardio workout, and it was the beginning of her successful weight loss journey.


Although the weight loss was not that much, it was still evident in her body. She also gave credit to her gigs. Being on the road often made her not eat that much, which also led to shedding off the weight – an unexpected diet plan that worked for her. According to reports, she lost an estimated 30 pounds that brought her to the 240-pound mark. She knew she still had a lot of weight to lose, but she took it one day at a time.
