JOELL ORTIZ: BODY TRAINING

When the rapper, Joell Ortiz started body training, he learned a lot of things about weight loss. He probably does not need any online classes anymore to lose weight and realized that he only needed commitment and dedication to achieve his dream. His training routines slowly but surely gave him a couple of things to look out for and things got a little bit tasty when he started his weight loss journey. In fact, he lost about 50 to 60 pounds during the early stages of his routine, and he clearly saw a huge improvement in his body.


However, when he began weight training, he packed on the weight due to muscle mass, making him look heavy but bulky again. Although he looked at what he did 20 pounds ago, it is because of his muscles. In total, he lost 60 pounds, but might be about 30 pounds today from the day he started.
