Fergie remains physically active to maintain her sexy body and keep her fitness level at tip-top condition. She does all kinds of things that keep her blood pumping and fats burning — activities such as running, hiking, and even jumping rope. Of course, she coupled these physical activities with a strict diet to make it more effective.


Whenever she is in Los Angeles, Fergie revealed that she gets a meal delivery service, called Diet Designs, so that she can watch her diet and monitor her nutritional intake. She may be using her credit card to avail of this service, but it will never be a problem for her — considering her superstar status and her overall fortune. Although she is conscious of what she eats, she loves a nice butter lettuce salad with a variety of fruits, like avocado and grapefruit. That’s her way of rewarding herself after all the work she puts into her diet and fitness routine.
