KELLY OSBOURNE: INTENSIVE TRAINING, DIET & EXERCISE

Kelly Osbourne is one of the most notable figures in the modern fashion scene, especially in Hollywood. A lot of folks look up to her as an inspiration and this probably fueled her to get back in shape and shed off pounds from her body. People used to see Kelly Osbourne as a chubby little girl in the reality series The Osbournes, but everyone was surprised to see her body transformation. The daughter of the legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne lost a whopping three stones and eight pounds when she joined the U.S. reality show, Dancing with the Stars.


She first lost about two stones and two pounds when she started an intensive training routine. To completely keep the weight off, Kelly began to doing exercise. To further down her weight loss, she also regularly hikes. Of course, these things will never be possible if she does not follow a diet. So, from the looks of it, Kelly has a lot of credits to give to because of her weight loss.
