JIMMY KIMMEL: 5:2 DIET

Jimmy Kimmel followed the 5:2 diet to lose weight. This method is intermittent fasting made famous by Michael Mosley and himself. Without opting for health insurance, it could, reportedly, help decrease the risk of chronic disease and promote weight loss.

However, the 5:2 diet is not for everyone. Jimmy even stopped following this method when he started to find it hard. In this diet, the follower would only eat 25% of their recommended calorie intake, about 500-600 calories of the usual 2,000 a day, on their two fasting days a week. For the rest of the five days, they could start eating normally. On the surface, it might be an easy task to accomplish but once you put yourself on that road, you’ll definitely feel the weight and the grueling process of this diet program. That solidifies the fact this diet is not suitable for everyone and a huge commitment is needed to overcome any obstacle associated with this kind of program.
