KATE WINSLET: VEGAN DIET
Kate Winslet followed the variety of celebrities who paved their way towards a vegan diet. Just like her husband, she now cooks plant-based food as a form of self-care and quickly realized the overall benefits of switching to the green side of things. With that in mind, Kate Winslet considers “lots of green juicing” as part of her self-care routine.
She might be using her credit cards for filling her ref with spinach, kale, and cucumbers – everything a vegetarian can take. However, we can’t deny the effectiveness of this method. It is also good for their monthly expenses, as her husband is also vegan, their home has a lot of plant-based focus. She begins her morning with a hot cup of tea and a smoothie. She also keeps herself in shape by doing power yoga a couple of times a week, barre, cardio, and walking the dog – a pretty simple routine that compliments well with her diet.
