PAULINE QUIRKE: WEIGHT-LOSS PLAN

Pauline Quirke lost a staggering eight stone after following the weight-loss plan called LighterLife. This diet would ask its followers to eat virtually nothing and replace regular meals with very low-calorie shakes and soups.


To keep the lost weight off, Pauline started to live by an 80-20 rule, which means eating 80% healthy and 20% of whatever she craves at the moment. Sounds like a pretty good routine if you ask most of us since you’ll not be depriving yourselves of anything with this kind of eating routine. This regimen helped her to land new TV roles again. Also, she managed to slim down from a size 28 to a smaller size in just one year, which is very impressive no matter how you look at it. She went to a total transformation that no amount of loans could give. However, as this seemed to be an extreme diet, the weight she lost returned when she started eating normally.
