SHERRI SHEPHERD: KETO DIET

The popularity of the Keto diet among Hollywood celebrities was, and still is, a huge thing. Just like many other celebrities, Sherri Shepherd tried a keto diet plan to lose weight. While others are enjoying eating bacon or cooking using butter, she opted to follow the less talked aspect of this regimen, which is avoiding sugar.


With her transition towards lessening her sugar intake, the actress successfully managed her weight. She lost around 25 pounds and did it in a “slow and steady” way. However, she did not only credit the keto diet and stop taking sugar to achieve her new physique. She also commended it for giving her more energy and clarity of thought and mind, making her more focused and patient with her son, as well as other people around her. In simpler terms, her experience with the keto diet helped her to be healthy, both physically and mentally.
