AMBER RILEY: EATING HEALTHY

Amber Riley, from the hit TV series, Glee decided to start eating healthy to lose the extra weight. In just seven months, she managed to lose two dress sizes, credits are to her hard work. Her decision to make a change in her lifestyle began when she visited her doctor because of chronic stomach pains. Since then, she has made some improvements to her diet, changed her ways, and ate healthier.

Amber Riley has been struck with the reality that she needs to mind her health now that she is experiencing signs of alarming health concerns. She admitted that it was the fast-food she used to eat that was attacking her stomach and making her feel uneasy. However, although she knew that her lifestyle change had been positive, she had always been confident in her body despite being on the heavier side. So it is safe to say that her weight loss is just an effect of her need to be healthy.
