A lot of people might find it hard to believe that the “Princess of Pop” is also susceptible to gaining unwanted weight. At some point, that became a problem for her and it posed a significant risk to her overall health. To shed off the extra pounds she gained, Britney Spears revealed that she has switched up her diet. Tellingly, she lost the four pounds that she wanted to drop. She maintained her new physique by eating the fruits and vegetables that helped her to keep off the weight.


Aside from monitoring what she is eating, Britney is also working out. However, she admitted that she is having a hard time with the repetitive workouts she is usually doing. Anyhow, she is trying to stick with it. In a post, she revealed that she is working hard to lose weight. Well, she does not need a finance degree to do it.
