Charles Barkley used to be physically active, especially during his prime, but when he officially retired, things started going south, especially for his overall health and body weight. Judging from the way he used to look, he seemed to slack up on his routines. So, to get up back on track, the legendary basketball player found a way to be physically active once again. He made a deal himself and stuck to it. He also followed a new diet, avoid eating the same food every day. That move saved not only his credit card from any unwanted spendings but also minimized any chance of him getting excess body fat in the process.


Although he admitted that eating salad could help him to shed off the extra pounds, it would make him go crazy to eat it day after day. Well, he does not need the advice of his financial advisor to buy the food he needs, like fruits and vegetables, to reach his weight goal.
