Michael Moore does not believe in diet and exercise as a form of weight loss, but he does walk to compensate for it. He walks for 30 minutes every day with a lot of people in different parts of the world when he shares his physical activity on Facebook.


Michael tells the story of the article that he read that more people in the U.S. are taking antidepressants than watching movies. So, he urged everyone to go out and take a walk to feel a little better. To a certain degree, what he believes holds a candle to the truth and a lot of studies suggest that walking is an effective way to release negative vibes from our body. This move will not only help someone to lose weight but feel better about themselves too. They do not even have any kind of insurance to do this thing.
