Her weight loss journey started when she began cutting off sugar from her diet when she joined the ITV show, Sugar-Free Farm. Aside from sugar, the contenders also stopped taking processed food, alcohol, and other unhealthy foods. Sadly, it caused her headaches, but for a new body, she pushed it through.
Jennifer stopped her yo-yo diet method, and her hard work in following a healthier regime definitely paid off. Before she joined the show, she was about 14 stone. Now, she lost three stones, giving credits to stopping her sugar addiction and hitting the gym at the same time.
