Timothy Spall wowed everyone with his recent body transformation. The Harry Potter star lost an incredible amount of weight when he started to change his lifestyle by altering his diet. As the weight loss also changed his looks, Timothy revealed that he felt liberated to different degrees. He looks younger and healthier for his age.

Of course, aside from diet, he also did an exercise to make the process more effective. He did a lot of walking and watching what he put in his tummy. He followed a scoff less diet and monitored what he ate. Also, he cut off the alcohol from his diet. As this drink had a lot of sugar in it, it added to the weight. Many have been thinking about what could be the driving force for him to let go of the unwanted weight. Well, whatever it may be, we believed that he is on his way to a healthier version of himself.
