To maintain her sexy body, Candace Cameron admitted that she was following a strict diet. When she was hired to do a particular role and had to look good to a certain degree, she revealed that it was something that she had to stick with, so she needed to follow a very strict diet.
She mostly followed a vegan diet, although she occasionally ate eggs and fish. She was avoiding dairy food, which helped reduce her stomach issues and even puffiness of her face and body. Of course, Candace also worked out. She collaborated with the fitness coach Kira Stokes. She usually worked on her own, an hour a day for five days a week. But when Kita was around, she could go on up to five hours. Cameron is living proof that hard work and determination does pay off when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
