SNOOKI: LOW-CALORIE DIET & WORKOUT

We know Snooki, the renowned Jersey Shore star, to be snacking non-stop on pickles during the show. But it is not the real cause of her weight gain. Snookie gained weight when she got pregnant with her child. However, she managed to lose a whopping 42 pounds by breastfeeding. After she initially dropped the weight two months after her son was born, she began a 1,300-low calorie diet per day. She also coupled it with a four-day per week exercise regime with her personal trainer.

Aside from wanting to slim down for herself, she wanted to prove to her fiancé that she could be a hot momma which she proved amazingly. Fortunately, she succeeded in opting for any loan to pay for any weight loss surgery. When she finally could start to workout at the gym, she went with her trainer, Anthony Michael, to further her weight loss journey.
