Susan Boyle surprised everyone when she flaunted her two stone weight loss. How did she do it? The reports say that it is simple. She just followed a diet that made her lose the pesky weight and make her healthy.
Her turning point was in 2016 when Susan learned that she had Type 2 diabetes, which threatened her health and her singing ability. Right then and there she decided to lose weight and be healthy once and for all.

In an interview, she revealed that she stopped eating sweet foods, especially cakes that are high in sugar which is a big no-no to a diabetic and could lead her to death. This triggers her drastic weight loss. She also felt better now after she got lighter. Credits are to her diet, Susan managed to lose the extra pounds and made herself healthier again, and not opt to use her medical insurance.
