After his surprising body transformation, Sam Smith is now known for being the “incredible shrinking Sam Smith.” The famed singer worked hard for his new look, and it paid off. He committed himself to be healthy and only followed healthy habits that resulted in losing much weight. Do we wonder what triggers him to push through this transformation? Is it because of any health issues or due to a broken heart?

Nonetheless, Sam made the right choice. A beneficial choice indeed! He gave credits to the U.K.-based nutritional therapist Amelia Freer for his transformation and losing about 50 pounds. He followed her Nourish & Glow: The 10-Day Plan, which is all about making meals from scratch and cutting gluten, dairy, and refined sugar from his diet. To lose weight more effectively, he coupled his diet with a workout that he did three times a week with the help of a personal trainer.
