DR. DRE: DIET & WORKOUT

Dr. Dre, during his younger years, has this buffed body which looks good on him. The buff or bulky build that he sported before compliments his career as a hip-hop musician. But as he grows older his body seems to bulk eleven bigger and that is when decides to make a shift. Dr. Dre hired a celebrity personal trainer to help him slim down and increase his muscle density. So, they both started to do a new workout routine and diet plan that ultimately enabled him to lose about 50 pounds. It also made him healthy by helping him lower his blood pressure.

Credits to his new diet and workout, Dr. Dre now felt much better and looked better than when he was in his 20s or 30s. He also felt healthier now. So, he promised himself to stay healthy, which also helped his confidence. His doctors even commended his new appearance, saying he only looked 31 today.
