AMY SCHUMER: WORKOUT
Although Amy Schumer is known for her body positivity, accepting her body whatever her weight is, she still works out to be healthy. Amy used to work with the trainer Harley Pasternak in the past, and the latter revealed her incredible drive inside the gym. Amy needed no online classes to do what she wanted. She was a natural athlete, playing sports at a high-level when she was still in high school and college. She was an aerobics instructor, too. Hence, she was very coordinated and easy to work with in the gym.
When it comes to food, she enjoys what she wants but balances it with what is good for her body. Having been through a lot and keeping a rigorous exercise, she was able to manage and maintain her health and overall wellness. She recently gave birth to a new child, and she managed to shed the baby weight after.
