JORGE GARCIA: DIET & EXERCISE

Jorge Garcia started his weight loss journey by replacing greasy foods with fruits and vegetables. It must be hard for him at first since he is used to eating a lot of greasy and meaty foods but his determination won. From here, he began a gradual shift to eating only low carb and high protein foods. He also stopped drinking alcohol and started working out regularly.

Along with his new diet, he incorporated exercise to make sure that he will be toned as he is losing weight. Some of the exercises he did were arm circles, push-ups, sit-ups, jogging, and running. These things helped Jorge to lose the massive weight and be himself again. With these things, he didn’t need to opt to subscribe to any meal plans or gym memberships that might max out his credit cards. He realized that he can do it by himself and no need to spend a lot of money.
