KALEY CUOCO: WORKOUT

Kaley Cuoco knows that staying in shape can be difficult and needs a lot of work. However, she still tries her best to stick to her fitness routine. After major shoulder surgery, she still worked out at the gym while wearing a sling. She was so determined like that. So what was she doing to keep herself healthy and to not need her medical insurance?

Kaley is doing various exercises and juggles them weekly. She was doing hot yoga five days a week. When she got bored, she would opt for SoulCycle. She was also a regular at the gym, working out with her trainer, Ryan Sorenson. They were doing side planks, squat hoods, kettlebell squats, dumbbell chest presses, and forearm planks. This kind of exercise routine is pretty great in order to keep your body adapted to a certain kind of exercise and also to keep you from getting bored with the same routine.
