In an interview, the 52-year-old writer revealed he changed the way he ate. Diets did not work for him, so he decided to alter what he was eating. He avoided grains and starches, only opting for meats, vegetables, and fruits. To make his eating habit more interesting, he cooked it in different ways. Fortunately, there were a lot of online classes about cooking that he could use today. As a former contestant of Dancing with the Stars, he still enjoyed dancing that helped him shed weight. Apart from that, he regularly does martial arts training for his workout.
