KELLY CLARKSON: DIET PLAN

Kelly Clarkson managed to drop 37 pounds in just a year. That is a big wow! All thanks to the clean-eating diet plan, called the Plant Paradox diet that she signed up to. The famed singer made everyone’s jaw drop when she debuted her slimmer physique at the CMT Music Awards in 2018. So, what made her change her mind regarding diet?

Kelly was struggling with keeping weight off since her early days. It was a struggle that also involved her mental state. Kelly told Hoda Kotb on Today Show that she decided to change her eating habits after being diagnosed with a thyroid condition and autoimmune disease. To avoid using her health insurance in an untimely manner, she decided to be healthy. Anyhow, it was never after the weight loss but being not on medication anymore. She managed to slim down but then her pregnancy put back the weight she lost before. Thankfully, as dedicated as she is she is on her way now to a slimmer Kelly.
