JOHN LASSETER: ~ $100 MILLION

You might not be familiar with him, but let us introduce you to the big man behind Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar, Mr. John Lasseter. John Lasseter was born in California in 1957, and he has been focusing on animation since he was a child. Lasseter used to draw cartoons when attending church services with his family. After graduating, Lasseter joined the Disney Company, and his first job was as Jungle Cruise at Anaheim Disneyland.

Lasseter is an animator, producer, and film director whose directorial credits are our favorites: Toy Story and its sequel, A Bug’s Life, and Cars, among many others. The films he created grossed more than $19 billion, and now he has a net worth of $100 million. Lasseter was trained by members of Disney’s veteran animators while he was attending the animation program at California Institute. If you ask him, his favorite film is Walt Disney’s Dumbo.
