JUDY SHEINDLIN: ~ $420 MILLION

Judy Sheindlin was born in Judith Susan Blum in Brooklyn, New York City in 1942. By 1982, Sheindlin’s “no-nonsense” attitude inspired New York City Mayor Ed Koch to appoint her as a criminal court judge. Four years later, she was promoted to supervising judge of the Manhattan branch of the Family Court. She earned her reputation as a “tough” judge and was known for her ability to make quick decisions.

In her law school years, Judge Judy was the only female student in her class of more than a hundred students. Talk about girl power! This powerful woman later became a judge in the criminal court. Known for her tough demeanor, she was later offered to star in her own reality show entitled Judge Judy. The show has been on TV for 15 years now and has been nominated 14 times for a Daytime Emmy Award. It’s quite rightly she currently has a net worth of $420 million.
