Pharrell Williams was born in Virginia in 1973. He is an American singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer and fashion designer. Williams and Chad Hugo formed the record production duo The Neptunes, producing soul music, hip-hop music and rhythm and blues. American rapper and fashion designer Pharrell Williams amassed numerous awards and recognitions for the songs that he produced through the record production outfit The Neptunes, which he is a part of, and for songs that he recorded such as Happy.

In 2007, the multi-awarded artist bought a 9,080-square-foot Miami property at over $12 million. Indoors, the house boasts of five bedrooms, seven baths, a gym, and private theater; while outside, it features a spacious area with pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. When Williams sold it for $11 million in 2013, he took a little loss from his investment money. But with $150 million net worth, Williams just shrugged it off.
