JONATHAN SCOTT – ESTIMATED OVER $10 MILLION, LAS VEGAS

Jonathan Scott was born in Vancouver, Canada in 1978. He is a Canadian reality TV personality, construction contractor, magician, and TV and film producer. The other star of TV franchise Property Brothers, Jonathan Scott, is a licensed contractor and possesses excellent investment planning skills. Like his brother Drew, Jonathan also takes care of the improvements and renovations in his own home.

The 41-year-old illusionist loves hosting parties in his $10-million, Mediterranean-inspired Las Vegas mansion. Guests are made comfortable in the lavish property with a guesthouse after sweating it out in the sports center, or after cooling down at the large swimming pool. Jonathan makes sure his guests won’t get bored. He once said, “I’m a strong believer in designing around conversation pieces” and customized shelves to hold a lava sculpture from Bora-Bora and a replica of William Wallace’s sword.
