Initially built in the 1960s and previously owned by The Beatles lead guitarist George Harrison, the historical estate was listed at $4.6 million when Theron purchased it. Despite having incurred some losses when she sold it for only $3.8 million, bankruptcy lawyers are surely not hearing from the famous actress.
